There is no substitute for the wide ranging experience gained through years of labor and training in a field you have dedicated your life to.

For a project to move forward to a successful conclusion involves supervision, communication, and commitment. All of these must work in concert for the process to succeed.

After consultation with the client a written estimate is provided prior to commencement of the project.

We always commit whatever amount of time is necessary to make sure that you the customer fully understand the options, consequences, and costs associated with the decision being made. For a complicated repair involving considerable expense, it is time well spent for both parties.

From the very first phone call, email, or letter the communication flow is maintained throughout the course of the job.

Constant supervision during the progress of a job allows us to keep the customer up to date and informed as to the status, as well as any unexpected developments.

Our commitment is to make sure that upon completion all parties are satisfied, there are no surprises, and we can make boating fun again!
